Has anyone ever read the Alabama hunting and fishing regulations? Under protected species it reads: There is no open season for bear, mountain lion (cougar) and ruffed grouse. The fact the state says they are protected means ? Anyone can fill in the blank with whatever they want!
They never saw one so theres none here. That is their reasoning. Its all about them. Has nothingbto do with any evidence or testamony. Its all about their own arrogance
