And that's why I don't let my phone update automatically. Tha and I got tired of having to look for all my stuff I use because it moved everything... just verified I'm still on 16.5

To be fair....the phones have to basically be touching......and not just touching, but the tops of each phone touching. Also, you can go in the settings and keep it enabled but check what information can and cannot be transferred that way. But either way, it's not like someone walking by you in the grocery store can steal your info. They'd literally have to take both phones and touch the tops together.
It's not nearly the security risk that people sharing the post on FB think it is

True but apple and others know what your doing while carrying that phone. I carry one and everywhere too. We monitored in just about every box store we visit and ever website we visit.
