Yes, both shoulders, basically the same as what you describe. The surgery and recovery period is long with extensive rehab. I have not had the surgery done on either but rather chose to manage how I do things and there are stretching exercises that also help. I have also gone the route of getting pain shots which did help. You can you tube the exercises easy but go slow at first. I also have bone spurs and arthritis and a bulging disk in my neck and spurs all the way down my spine. So I have to pick and choose which surgery I want to start with and for me excercise and stretching seems to work best. The biggest problem is just not having the strength in my shoulders that I did 10 years ago which is frustrating when you need to do some lifting.
