Don’t overlook walking as part of your routine. I started back working out in June. I walk 4-5 mornings a week and wouldn’t take anything for it. I started at home with push-ups, curls, shoulder presses before I got back to the gym. Just get started. I feel years younger. If I was only going to do something simple, I’d do push-ups and walking. Push-ups and walking.

On the distance I like to walk to my stands: “The first 100 yards is also the last 100 yards.”
