I’m a lifelong packers fan, going to my first game at Lambeau this weekend. For those who have been let me know what to do and what to avoid. Thanks!! I don’t follow them much anymore but I’ve been a Packers fan since I was a kid too. Lambeau Field is a bucket list item. Enjoy!!

It’s a total blast. Take a warm coat if it’s gonna be cold. I asked the friend that took us, where’s the cheerleaders. He said, really. It was a lot of fun with a great atmosphere in and out of the stadium.

I’ve heard you go through a neighborhood and boom nfl stadium at the intersection. I have a couple buddies that have been. Both said it was a great time and feeling being there. Neither said anything about post game. My guess would be to follow the he crowd out. I’m sure it’s got plenty of sports bars and dives Kinda right there by the neighborhood. Daves dad lived right there so we parked at his house and had a short walk. Folks were excited and cheeseheads were everywhere. We don’t go out afterwards since we had a 2am alarm clock to go diver duck hunting on Green Bay. I really like fit up there and folks were more than nice. Very outgoing and friendly and they like to drank.

Coincidentally, I watched the documentary on Bart Starr on SEC Network earlier. That’s going to be one incredible trip. Enjoy it. BART Starr was my dad’s favorite player and the whole reason I became a packers fan. I started watching Reggie White and when they got Brett Favre I was hooked. Can’t wait

When Favre was playing, my kids and I would watch. I started calling them, "The Snackers". Because they had some front linemen that were huge. Big guts on 'em. lol

Everyone there eats pizza (served in a box) at the beginning of the game, then stands on the pizza box for the remainder of the game because the concrete is so cold. As others have already said, dress warmly. Otherwise you’ll be miserable.

Never been to the stadium, but is on my bucket list. Heard a national talk show host last week talking about the experience. Most residents open their driveway and garages for pre and post game parking and eating. Been to many cities in the state and can only describe as combine all Bama and Auburn fans and then multiply the fanaticism x 2. Avoid wearing any purple Safe travels and hope you have a great trip.

Right in the middle of a residential area. Heck, most of the parking is on various fairways of the golf course next to it

Fun Fact...I had a cousin that played a couple of preseason games for the Packers; was previously a punter for UT in the late 90's
