This kind of thinking is why we get laughed at as a party. It's also why we currently have Joe and the Hoe in office. If some of the extreme right would settle down and be quiet, the moderates wouldn't vote left and we would be in control. It's like a tug of war between 2 extremes, and the majority is in the middle left to sort out which side of crazy they're going to fall under.
