Bergaras are fine rifles. I’ve got a Premier HMR Pro and a Premier Mountain Rifle 2.0 both chambered in 6.5 PRC.

A stainless Tikka Lite for less than $700 and a $300 scope is a great package that is hard to beat for a long range shooting/hunting package. $300 scopes aren’t made for long range shooting. There are some decent $300 scopes but none compare to the higher end scopes at distance. Almost every factory rifle is fully capable of shooting good groups, it’s the glass that’s the important part of long range shooting.

I bought mine during last year’s Black Friday sale for $209. I’ve been ringing steel out to 660 yards with my 223 and 6x SWFA scope.
