I think they are a great tool for recovering an animal that would most likely not be found. However, I know that there is or will be people who use them for the wrong reasons and I think this will cause the issues of legalities. I say this because when we were trying to locate that drowning victim the first night with ours, I had no idea we had so many deer in the marshes along the river. The first thing I thought of was how easy it would be to load the boat with them by knowing exactly where they are.
