Guess I'll have to throw my dozen or so DeWalt 20V tools away and get Metabo. Thats reaching a bit, aint it? I said i have Dewalt tools and like them. Im not getting rid of my Dewalt tools. To be honest, if it had been me buying it, i would have bought the Dewalt nailgun. My wife andbest friend bought me the Metabo. He works at Lowes and got a deal on it somehow. Thats the only reason i even have the Metabo circular saw. Ive used both saws on the same project. The Metabo defintely outperformed the Dewalt. I gave an honest review. I hate that it rubbed some of yall the wrong way. Heck, i didnt say the Dewalt is the tool for democraps. But if you do decide to chunk your Dewalt tools, i need a batrery powered sawzall and i would try out one of those nailguns too. I was joking Metoo. Might not have presented it well

I’m not a fanboy of any brand. I started building houses in 1985 and we used 20 oz. framing hammers to build houses.
Fast forward to this year and we started building our LAST house and didn’t have the service pole up yet so I decided to get a cordless framing nail gun. After lots of research I had it narrowed down to Metabo or DeWalt. I chose DeWalt because my brother has lots of DeWalt tools and 30 something batteries. The DeWalt started jamming the first day and on day two it totally quit. I took it back to Lowe’s and got the Metabo and we have used it to drive thousands of framing nails as well as thousands of 2 1/2” ring shank nails with only 1 jam. I’m very pleased with it. I have since purchased a Metabo hammer drill, 2 other drills, a jig saw and a sander, all cordless and all work really well.
