The bible says the Lord will provide. I think some people, if they think of this at all, think about it like this, you open the mailbox and theres an unexpected check right in a time of need, or food falls out of the sky. Both of these things have happened and can happen. But let me tell you how it happens to me. I pray every day that the Lord keep me on the path he has set for me. I pray God provide for me and my family. I been needing some t posts, about 100 of them, to put in the rows of blackberries we will plant in three months or so. I can get them for $5-6 dollard new, which i can afford but im a little thrifty, and tge Lord knows this about me. Theres been some on here a little cheaper but something said"just wait". I ut a tree for a fella thursday who had taken down alot of fence, had a pile of t posts in good shape. I asked him if he would sell 100 of them, and asked what he would sell them for. He wanted me to make an offer. I said, "no, im a cheapskate, and i want us both to be happy with this transaction, you tell me what you can sell them for". He said "what about $2 each". That was exactly the price ive had in my head all along. I bought a piece of 5 1/2ft culvert a few months ago the very same way. I know, it was just coincedences, right. Well, ive had an aweful lot of tgese coincedences in my life and ive come to expect the Lord to place the things i need in my path, and he does. I have fifteen years of experiences just like this i could tell but this is two of the latest and i thank God for what hes done. Some will say God dont deal in fenceposts or pipes. Well, he does in my life and theres no reason for me to believe he wouldnt do it for you too if youll just trust him with it. Hes an awesome paymaster

I understand this goes against tge grain as to what alot of people believe about God, even some christians have been taught by churches that this situation im speaking of does not exist. I believe God wants to have a real working relationship with each one of us. It is available to every saved person. First of all, God is God, he can do whatever he wants. He could have had a tractor trailer load of t posts delivered supernaturally, if thats what he chose to do. Then theres knowing the most high God. Not just knowing him but having a relationship with him in such a way that my life is dependant on him. He is the determining factor. I gave my life to the Lord about 15yrs ago. I gave it to him, i submitted to his will, i sold out. Does that mean ive been perfect, i never sin or mess up any kind, Lord no. Yall know who i am, im unruly and rebellious. So why would the Lord bless me? Because i am a child of his, he loves me and he knows my heart. I have no doubt about what is going on in my life. Ive seen too much to be convinced otherwise. I would love to see others come to know this relationship with the Lord. And everyone knows where they stand with God. Thrres no way i can prove any of this to anyone. But the bible says "seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened unto you." I believe everyong can have this. I know some people do. If youre even curious aboutany of this, i would suggest you talk to the Lord about it with an open heart and open mind. He will show you the truth.

Jwalker I have a buddy who you remind me of every time you talk about your faith. 15 years ago he was the most drug addicted, sorry excuse for a person you could find. One night he hit rock bottom and committed his life to God. He started going to Ray Deans holiness church (Ray Dean Farm Equipment Auction), and a lot Sundays he was the only one in attendance. This service was broadcast locally early Sunday morning. He got some help here and there and opened his own mobile tire service and now has a great business and clean life. Good will provide you just have to trust Him. Glad to hear folks like you spread the word brother!

He is absolutely the most AWESOME. I fail him and myself daily, but he keeps me going.

I’m finally learning to stop fixing things myself and wait on His will. He has blessed me and my family in more ways than I can count. We’re not rich but we have the things we need and a lot of what we want. He has worked out several situations in my life that aren’t how I would have handled it. It was however better for me and my family the way He provided. He is an awesome God

“Enter into his rest”. When you finally understand that verse, it’s fun to watch God provide in ways you never imagined.

My daddy went to the beach with us a few years before he died. As we were on the way to go fishing, he noticed how crowded and busy it was down there, in Gulf shores. He said look at all these people running around on vacation, thinking theyre getting rest. Then he said son, the only real rest you will ever get in this life is in the Lord. Ive thought an awful lot about that in the past few years. He knew what he was talking about
