Any of you guys get fuel delivered? I am looking for a company to bring dyed fuel to me in Blount County. Anyone have any suggestions? Hauling it in 100 at a time is taking tiem away from things I need to be doing. Any advice on what questions to ask before I sign on with one?

Get ours from Sibley Oil. Not sure if they come that far but I’m sure there is someone close. Do you have a tank and can they get close to it?

I will look into them. I have 2 tanks, one at my shop and one at the barn. Both are easily accessible with a big truck, we bring 2wd one tons with cattle trailers right by them.

Not sure if they go that far but we use Cedar Bluff Oil in Ft Payne

Thanks again for everyone suggestions, I called a few places and it seems for a farm the size of mine (350 gallons twice a year) its very cost prohibitive to have red fuel delivered. I'll have to continue using road fuel and bringing it in 100 gallons at a time. If it were even close, I would consider it but its pretty far off. Just wanted to update just in case anyone was wondering the same thing as me.

Can’t you bring in red fuel 100 gallons at a time too? About .50 gallon cheaper here.

I was told $3.29/gal with $25 delivery fee. On 200 gal that would save me about $35 the ceapest price anywhere around here, and save me 20 trips to the gas station. You couldnt afford that? Ive got a tank bought i have to get to the house and then im getting started. I know what diesel costs around Hayden, that would save you quite a bit of money on 350gal

Where we’re at no one would deliver it anymore unless it was at least 1000gallons. We’ve only got a 500gal tank. Tank is on skids so we just use tractor to put it on trailer and go get it ourselves now
