I don't know what "ambitious" means; but it does not mean most well funded. West Va. and Arkansas ahead of Georgia, Alabama, Auburn and Michigan?? Easily done. It’s all about fundraising and the right donors to make it happen. Saban didn’t like NIL so Bama is way behind a lot of schools when it comes to nil money. We shall see if that changes with the new leadership in Ttown There is no way WV and Ark have more NIL money than Georgia. Implausible
