Had a friend of mine that had a bunch of them on his knees and shins when he was younger (10yrs old or so)...I remember he was getting out of a pool and scraped his knee and shin on the concrete and raked a bunch of them off and they started bleeding....Prior to that he had been in and out of dr.s offices to no avail, so his parents had heard about an old black woman around Oxford, that could conjure them off... She took a small piece of thread and laid it around on the wart and then would tied a knot around it and cinch it up ( It wouldnt actually tie around the wart, she just went around the wart and got it to the same diameter) She'd say a few words and put each piece of thread in a small box and say to him, "You have got to believe this will work, you've got to.... other wise it will not"...2 to 3 weeks later he is wart free and hadnt had another one since...
