Just go down to the local CBD store and pick up some Delta 8 or 9 or A or whatever the last thing is. It's as good as stuff was 25 years ago and must be legal. So I was told by a friend.

You'll go to jail for CBD in Georgia...not sure about Alabama though.

Delta 8 or Delta 9 are legal in this state. Now you prolly won’t pass a piss test but you can buy em legally. Even have em shipped to your door.

That stuff sucks though. It's gives you a different high. Like that spice weed garbage. And you will definitely fail a drug test.
I hate alcohol. Makes me feel like crap and sloppy, get nothing done.

Weed makes me want to work and it makes work fun. It makes everything better. Work, food, sleep, relaxing, irritability is completely gone. And it kills cancer. But I can't touch it because of drug testing at work. They don't care if I drink myself to death but it's the end of my employment if I smoke a Doobie and get tested a week later. Weed is highly addictive. Very hard to quit. I know lots of people that refuse to give it up and it prevents them from getting good jobs because of testing. That's why they need to make it legal.

Todays weed makes the 70s and 80s weed seem like pencil shavings

I’d never heard of so many strains and what they do. Some get you ramped up and energize you and others mellow you out.
Used to it took a joint to get high, now a one hitter it is. You smoke a joint of todays stuff down you go unless you’re well experienced.

I haven’t touched it years but it is different. Now

Knew a guy that grew it in a basement with every high tech gadget one could imagine. Crossbred it like it was high dollar cattle. He caught me up to speed

You can watch some on YouTube like Joe Rogan and Elon musk along with a few others. You can it almost instantly dumbs them down. Of course they think they’re having an intelligent discussion still.

You can tell when you’re getting drunk with alcohol unless doing shots. 😂

That’s why I can’t understand the whole medical thing. I bet they will be light years behind the private growers in quality

Word to the wise on edibles whether it's legal or not, your liver breaks it down and it actually produces a different chemical reaction. It is extremely easy for someone to take more than a "therapeutic" dose and feel like they've had a psychotic break. I've seen it, especially with older folks that think edibles are less harmless than smoking.

Be smart and keep those things away from kids.

Kinda proves legalized brings on a bunch of problems.

Would it be as many alcoholics if booze was illegal?

So legalizing pot is gonna make less alcoholics?

There are always negative effects

Weed is good and bad. The bad part of weed is that it does hold some back from moving forward in life. They don't want to get a good job because they will have to stop smoking weed. To me that's the only draw back.

Weed vs Alcohol = Weed Wins

Weed vs Pain Pills = Weed Wins

Weed vs Ambien = Weed Wins

It's just way better for you than big phara.

I don't know a whole lot about that weed smoke but I do know this.... Alcohol could be one of the most dangerous drugs on the entire list and quite frankly mess you up way worse than several of the others in a bad way. You drink for hours and are drunk for hours, you might pass out (think about your Daughter if you got one) then you gonna feel terrible for hours after that. IMO certain people have addiction problems and this is just part of their makeup. I have had to deal with several in my life and I am here to tell you those people are going to do what they are going to do. All you can do is hope that whatever they are addicted to is not drugs but maybe Dipping or biting their fingernails, etc. That is a real thing but drugs got little to do with it IMO.

We've just been indoctrinated into thinking Alcohol is the safe drug. It ain't.

No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.

Jake is right all day long.

You won’t find much from the government telling you the good things about the lords lettuce. They’ll tell you good things about cbd gummies though. How y’all know what all they put in them gummies???Im not trying not “substitute” stuff that the government can make money on. But I know what I got when I plant that seed in May and pull it after the first frost kissed it. Marijuana plants are alot harder to grow that mater I’ll promise you that. You got to keep a check on em, make sure termites don’t get in them, make baskets for em to keep deer and rabbits from eating them. Keep the sucker leaf pulled off em, and wait till they 6-8 weeks old and get them yellow buds on em and turn out to be a male. Then you have to start all over again and re plant another one and hope it’s not a male. Now you can buy some high end certified female plants, but I stick with old fashion stuff that I’ve kept seeds out of for years.

Most folks that despise marijuana, had never tried it and won’t ever try it. The government tells us it’s bad for us and it’s a drug, it’s what’s been pounded in our brain. They are stereotyping it, they think they know what it is and isn’t, but they’ve never tried it or used it. The federal government don’t make nothing that is as safe and effective as marijuana is for medical treatment of multiple stuff. They’d go broke if they couldn’t sell big pharmacy medicines. All I know is it’s worked for me a lot of years, and will continue to work for me. If what I’m doing is wrong in the good lords eyes, well, I’ll just have to take that up with him when I see him one of these days. As we all will in the end!

And the folks that are lazy and worthless and smoke it, they are the ones that give it a bad name. From my experience folks are who they are regardless of they drink or smoke, the drinking and smoking just gets the blame for it. Folks say, I was drunk that’s why I was ass hole, no you was an Ass hole before you got drunk. Same way with weed, if they are lazy no good folks, then that’s who they are, ain’t got nothing to do with the weed.

Just my $.02 on it.

So someone that uses cannabis is automatically a good for nothing, lazy, dope head?

That’s like saying everyone who drinks alcohol is a no good, piece of crap alcoholic.

Neither statement is true.

You hit one things right.

Pot probably exacerbate underlying issues.

Most drug abuse and alcohol abuse are usually for a self medicating situation. The need to escape their demons. For others it’s a ton of fun until it’s not

Like I’ve said adnauseum, no problem as long folks are held accountable.

That rarely happens and the democrats use it to entrap folks into getting in the system. AKA, buying votes.

It does not cure cancer. Cancer is terrible and it’s normal for us to try to find things to help our loved ones. It might provide a more natural form of pain relief. Everyone reacts to it differently both in effect and tolerance from what I’ve seen. If folks have never done it before and/or not familiar with it they sure won’t be doing it around me.
