You need to get off it. there is a study on UK that shows how bad they are. Get off seed oils, cut out processed food, and exercise. Mine dropped 20 points after only a few months in the gym.

I personally don't believe cholesterol is as big a deal as they make it. You can buy a medical study that says anything you want, and the pharma cos have learned it's very lucrative to treat issues rather than cute them. And it's easy to create issues, just order a study.
