Just making fun of it all. Don't take my video too serious. Funny how folks want to try and plan to change a plan that is planned.

The OL “jogging in a jug” y’all remember that? Lol I skip breakfast every morning, nothing but black coffee and most nights I skip supper. I eat whatever I want for lunch. Works for me. I can tell my body feels better when I’m hungry.

I can tell my body feels better when I’m hungry. Jogging in a Jug maybe the best marking gimmik of all-time. I had forgotten about that one. I feel the number one issue of our obesity, cholesterol, high blood pressure, etc is over eating. I started to feel 100% better when I learned not to stuff myself.

Best I remember , someone had it tested and sued and shut the maker down for false advertising . FEDs may have been involved also.

Eat the tacos and walk 3 miles after work. I would rather just give up the tacos Walking is much better for you.

This is the recipe I found online:
INGREDIENTS UNITS: US 1 (12 ounce) can frozen apple juice concentrate 1 (12 ounce) can frozen grape juice concentrate 9 cups water 1 cup apple cider vinegar 1 cup honey
You gonna have to jog about 5 miles to burn off the calories from "Jogging in a Jug". LOL Jack made a BIG walk to the bank Don’t think that’s the recipe He lived to be an old man with no meds until his last couple of years. He sank his concoction every day. The reason the Fed went after him beside the amount of many he made. He claimed it as a health drink which fell under more regulations. He rebranded and never mentioned it as a health drink in advertisements

He rebranded and never mentioned it as a health drink in advertisements Dang, I didn't know he was from Alabama. "Jogging in a Jug, a mixture of apple juice, grape juice and vinegar, was promoted by Third Option’s owner, retired dairy farmer Jack McWilliams. Ads promoted claims that, by drinking two ounces of the mixture a day, people could improve their circulation, lower their cholesterol, reduce the risk of cancer, cleanse internal organs and cure constipation or dysentery. The FTC said there is no evidence to back any of those claims." He agreed to pay the Feds, $480,000 in 1995 and changed the label.
