wife & I went this past Oct. flew into Jackson, next time I'll fly into Bozeman for about 1/2 price. we stayed at a different place every night from Jackson , Tetons, Old Faithful , to Gardiner, and yellowstone lake , Tetons and back to JH. Take a ultra-lite spinner and catch some trout, be below Jackson Lake dam at daylight and wear em out. caught 3 types of trout under the bridge on the river in Gardiner. guy owns coffee shop on W side of town from Ukraine, went to Univ. of AL-cool dude, ask some locals in town where to see Griz N of town, we saw 3-4 feeding late one afternoon, ; rent a boat & ride out on Jackson Lake right up to the foot of the Tetons, awesome. Cody is worth the drive, go to the Buffalo Bill museum, could spend 1/2 day easy. cant wait to go back.
