What sector of Alabama has the worst deer shortage, would this effect the wma lands, WMA land seam to have all the rules in place to help the system. What percent of hunters can only hunt WMA land. Versus farm land and clubs. Most areas outside of the WMA cost too much to hunt on. Or land is in clubs control, just wondering how rules help Hunters and the Game population to insure a more stable balance for the state. Deer our mobile, just as the hunters are mobile.
