I've never had any luck on there...It has gotten exceedingly frustrating. You hear constantly about how "nobody can find employees" and "nobody wants to work". What that really means is "nobody can find [part time/minimum wage] employees" or "nobody wants to work [at a gas station of fast food joint]". It seems like everything on there is either entry-level jobs that pay $30k/year, or they are high level jobs that require several years of extremely specific and specialized experience (you can often tell that job descriptions were written with a specific candidate already in mind and they're only posting it as a formality, knowing good and well they already have someone specific they want to hire).

I have worked at the same place for 16yrs (in hindsight, that was a mistake in and of itself). I have a degree in Business Management and 16yrs in Sales/Territory management....I've been looking for something else for a few years, but I can't find anything making close to what I make now unless I'm willing to travel a ton or relocate, and with young kids those 2 things are deal-breakers.
