No way he could could stop and check every vehicle that’s looks like hunters may be driving and check for tagging compliance. It’s totally impossible!! You would have to have multi unit task forces throughout the whole state to deal with it the way it should be. I don’t see it happening. They way I understand it, actually you dont. You have 48 hrs to game check your deer. If you do not game check it in the field using the app or calling it in, you simply fill out the paper form and have that in your possession and from there you have 48 hrs to actually call the state or use the app to get the confirmation number. And you're 100% correct. With the current staffing, there is no way to even remotely force compliance or effectively enforce the regs currently on the books.
