I have been twice on mission trips. First time was 2013. No issues but definitely could tell there were places you shouldn’t go alone. Second time was 2015. Felt quite a bit more unstable. Still didn’t have any issues. Was planning another trip and it started going south quickly. Unfortunately haven’t been able to go back.
