I disagree. MEN keeping their mouth shut is part of the reason our society is in the shape it's in. Political correctness verifies this point. They got in our face and we backed down. They won the war on words. That being said he has a solid point!!! Time has definitely sped up.

My first big job proved that. I moved out of state and helped run big chemical program in a big plant - i was very green. Got thrown into lot of fires and asked a lot of questions. I kept my mouth shut in big meetings and when asked tech question - i would say something like - not quiet sure - let me investigate further and i get back w u. Called right people - got right answer. At review time - we always got rated top supplier. Kept old pie hole shut at right time
