I have hard time trying to imagine how they plan to legislate a workweek. Are they gonna change the overtime law that says anything over 32 is OT? While I don’t believe the 32 hour week will work however, the paper mil I just retired from went to a 12 hr shift rotation 36/48 pay weeks and changed the OT rate to 36 hours on that payroll week every one else who was working 40 remain the same. Also don’t believe it will be considered part time work either, you will make the same pay for less hours,
