Bout anything at the Dentist is torture . This was the first time at this dentist and also the first time I’ve had one check my blood pressure. It was a little high and she asked if I was nervous I said heck yea anytime I go to a dentist I am

The reason that people don't go to the dentist is it is torture. Is it 2024, why does it still hurt like the medieval times?
Because most people don't brush and floss enough and their gums are inflamed as hell. That's why it hurts. Healthy gums don't bleed. Also, operator technique while perio probing.

Another thing I learned once I had to go to a dentist prior to radiation was this particular dentist told me you brush your teeth hard don’t you. I had always done that my entire life, he said that results in alot of gum issues. But it was the way I was brought up.
