There's a place I believe in south Tennessee that builds them for a good price. They just built one for my coworker in Somerville. Took them a while to get to her because they stay booked up. They poured the slab and built a pre fab barn for her. It was a great priced.
That building is stout. We use to have one. They're maintenance free and don't rot. Hot as hell in summer and freezing in winter but they are tough. Summertown metals in summertown tn . Owned by the Amish folks . They 6 month behind usually but build good building . Some folks are using them to build them metal building to live in . Summertown metals built my 30x50x12 a couple of years ago, I'm happy with everything except the way they poured the concrete in front of the garage doors.
