Truly, as far as I'm concerned y'all can roll my carcass in the swamp and feed the gators.
In a similar vein, a co-worker & I discussed this a while ago. There's a place in TN (a body farm) that takes dead bodies whole & just lays them out in a field. Has to do with the study of decomposition. It's called the Anthropology Research Facility Saw a place like that on the show 48hrs I believe. Police forensics studied the decomposition rates to help in murder cases. I've heard certain denominations say to be cremated is against the biblical teachings. I've never seen anything in the Bible to support that. Think of all the ways folks die and thie bodies disposed of. War, drowning/lost at sea, etc.
