I can’t handle mayo , it’s made from roach guts ! 🤮 This You learn something every day. All this time I thought it was made from the entire roach along with a little bit of slug slime.

Dukes is just plain nasty. Hellmans is where it's at Hellmans is chunky, and chunky mayo is disgusting. Blue Plate for sweeter stuff like cole slaw, Dukes for sammiches and pamenter cheese. End of discussion.

Make your own. It’s easy peasy. I make a fermented mayo. Good olive oil and a yard egg along with a few other items.

Pro tip when grilling chicken. Make a mixture of mayonnaise and your favorite hot sauce and brush it on the chicken about halfway done. I use Dukes and Franks hot sauce because I put that chit on everything.
