I got rid of a 5 1/2" standard Redhawk years ago, and I'm still missing it. Replaced it with a 4" Smith L-frame that's a lot easier to carry, but not nearly as accurate to shoot. Those big Rugers set the standard.
Used to be a lifeguard, until that blue kid got me fired.

I shot a lot of them in a Ransom Rest doing load development. At least 4-5 different pistols. Meh. Bill Ruger built guns for the working man. Nothing wrong with that I'm big on Ruger.
No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.

Most accurate revolver made straight outta' the box. Mine has shot several 1" 3 shot groups....@100 yds with the 4x scope on it but went to a 2x to keep the wiggles down.
