That's a good looking brisket! I have to cook 6 of them this weekend for a wedding reception.

That’s a fine looking brisket. He nailed it, for sure! Sho is nice. Part of me wants to ask was it a pellet grill though 😁

Yes pellet grill. I call them cheater grills. I have a pit boss and dang tooooo easy to cook on. Yeah I've said the same BUT I'm gonna ad one to my arsenal for several reasons #1 the Wife can piddle with and #2 several things i/we cook requires and oven, like the Boudin kingcake i always make, or making some smoked mac n cheese, or baked beans etc, you can just pop on a pellet grill and let er roll. I'll still do my meat on my other smoker, but it will be a great tool for some things...

You will probably be surprised how much you use it.
