Easy, if you want to. Know several cold turkey quitters. Got fed up one day at work and said F it. Threw a 3/4 can of long cut Copenhagen in the trash.

i dipped for 10 years then one day I decided to stop. It was not easy for a long time but have not had a dip for 12 years and don't miss it.

I dip 2 cans a day also. Been thinking of trying the tobacco free stuff, but everything I've tried before is terrible. Surely they got something out there now that is decent.

Extra classic bubble gum or peppermints (good for the tum tum) can help.

Dipped Copenhagen for 30 years a can a day. Quit beginning of Covid. I never dreamed of a world where I couldn’t have snuff figured I’d dip till the end well one day I decided how selfish I was being putting my health at risk so I told my kids I was quitting I wasn’t about to not keep my word to my kids. First two weeks were tough but not too bad. Haven’t touched the stuff not even once. Yes it’s possible and I wish you luck quitting.

Just quit. Cold turkey is thebonly way. Dipped 15 yrs then just got tires of it and realized how gross it is to haul around spit bottles and I felt guilty knowing it could kill me and I had kids depending on me. Been 8 or so yrs now and never even think about it.

I’ve quit cold turkey many times once for 4 years. Now I use the rogues. It’s not about the nicotine or tobacco for me it’s something that occupies me all day.

Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!

tbx free worked to quit smoking cold turkey. they have been sued for false advertisement and ineffectiveness and is probably not good for your health. but I can tell you that anything with nicotine in it will not help. the tbx free made it seem easier. at the time I ordered it from another country.

I dipped about 37 years - lost 2 teeth over it. Quit a bunch during that time - then went back and dipped worst each time

I asked the Lord to speak to me at a revival. Thats what he pricked my heart about to quit!! He put that message on me strong - like i was the only dude in the auditorium. Quit right then!! Work got really ruff about 8 months later. Started back - Dipped hard about 4-5 days and the nastiest sore i ever seen came up in my mouth. To me - the Lord was telling me - this is your last chance big boy and if ya dont quit - i gonna take care of ya. I quit that day 6-7 years ago and never looked back out of fear!!! I done with it!!

Hunt the wind - leave it better than you found it - love your neighbor as you love your self
We need prayer for our country now more than ever

I had dipped or chewed since the 70’s. At halftime of the 2004 Sugar Bowl, I reached for a tin of Mint Longcut and it was empty. I looked around the house and in the truck and realized what I was doing, how bad I was getting worked up. I said right then No More. I haven’t had tobacco or any type of tobacco substitute since. That being said, there is a difference between quit using and quit wanting. I haven’t had a dip in 20+ years and still get to wanting one when fishing, mowing, working in the garden, etc. I can still taste it. You just gotta know you need to stop and stop. Ain’t nothing easy about it.

I smoked and dipped for nearly 40 years. I've quit both now, but dipping was tougher. Quit cold turkey with both.

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.
