I dip 2 cans a day also. Been thinking of trying the tobacco free stuff, but everything I've tried before is terrible. Surely they got something out there now that is decent. I tried that route and it made me want a real dip. Started back before long. I do not recommend it. Cold-turkey is the only way - but you have to WANT to quit and be stong in weak moments. I was not, many times. Lord know I need to quit and stay quit.
