I’m just lucky to have access to a property I can hunt and the health to make it out. Any way I can get out there is my favorite. Cheesy but it’s true
My favorite setup is a cool October afternoon in the woods with acorns raining down around me. Foliage at peak colors, you can feel the Alabama heat losing its grip on things, the magic of the hunt is renewed from a long offseason. That’s my favorite

Lov clear cut and powerline and crossings/roads. Also like an unpressured field
Also very much like freestate/Gator - just glad to get out
Like controlling the hunt pressure and wind hunt amd letting deer grow and getting multi year pics on them
Hunt the wind - leave it better than you found it - love your neighbor as you love your self We need prayer for our country now more than ever

Sitting on the ground in an oak bottom.
Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.
My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

20’ up and 20 yards downwind of a big white oak dropping acorns in late October. This, but add the first week of November to make it perfect.
