Thinly sliced ribeye, bell pepper, onion, provolone, mayo and mustard (mixed) on soft oversized buns. Grilled corn, squash and onions, chip and dip. All of my entries were cooked on a blackstone. I'm pretty new to flat grilling. (4-5 wks)

G/H 14 point G Joined: Jun 2010 Posts: 9,009 Tallassee	Our Memorial Day food. Put Boston butt on smoker yesterday at 4pm and wrapped in foil around 9am today. Took off about 11 and let rest an hour. Ribs were done the 3-2-1 method with sweet heat rub, then wrapped with butter, honey and apple juice. Then uncovered for one hour( one without BBQ sauce). Made pickle onions, made a Kentucky pecan pie. Made a squash casserole, deviled eggs. Smoked cheeseburgers on homemade buns Sunday Baby back ribs; country style ribs cubed up like burnt ends; jalapeño and cheddar deer sausage; cabage salad with feta, onions, peppers and tomatoes with an oil & vinegar dressing.
