Didn't make it to camp so was limited in what i could do at the house cause my bigger smokers are at camp. Anyways Wife been nagging about the 2 hams in freezer so decided I'd smoke one up and Wooooo yea was MIGHTY FINE! Was my youngest sons first hog too! I ended up making some crawfish mac n cheese this go around, and yep i forgot my good tails at Mama's and had to go back Saturday 🤦🏿‍♂️ But i done that and tried something new which will definitely do again, and that was bacon wrapped smoked raviolis (4 cheese) and done little bit of jalapeños n cheese sausage and some Boudin. I got creative with my raviolis i smoked a half pint of Oyster's and topped mine and put on a bed of creamed spinach! BUT can see made a rookie mistake (was long weekend 😂) i had a few pics and you can see little piece of shell and i ended up deleting the Pic after removed it lol, and i done hammered away so there wasn't no redo, but happens when ya deal with 'em. Would've definitely done some ribs, but didn't have the time or space, but was a great Weekend. Oh tired a few new beverages lol....
