GA has a development problem. They’re losing habitat at an alarming rate. I’m sure they are. Atl is booming. We are going to run into that issue also. Look at Huntsville, trussville, Shelby co, smith lake area, etc etc. South Alabama too. The places I dreamed about living close to the beach that were farmland or inhabited are now subdivisions. Maybe they’re losing it faster than us, but it can’t be that much faster. Or maybe it is??
