I know it’s a stretch but my grandad is looking to take a group of 8 out for a fishing trip. Him and his girlfriend are in their 80’s and it would be 6 others. Any recommendations for the orange beach, Pensacola area. Looking at a 4-6 hr trip id imagine. He wants to live out his youth and share time with his family. Trolling for kings and dropping for some bottom fish would kinda be the expectation. I know it’s a big ask for a captain but several of us know our way around a boat. He and his girlfriend would probably be observing more than anything. Heck gramps may take a turn on the reel, hope he does. Thinking maybe this fall or next snapper opener. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a good trip. I imagine it's as much about choosing your day for calm seas as it is about the boat. Good luck treating your granddad!

Only thing is Gary can’t take over six on any of his boats. Need to narrow it down to a date before calling.

10-4 I can get the group down to 6. It had crossed my mind that 8 was going to be a bigger group than most would take in this scenario.

Most charter captains have a six pack license meaning only six people can go.
Good luck on your search.

Just contact Zeke's. They will hook you up with a charter capable of a party of eight.
