Notice how the news says the bump stock ban is all on Trump, but when you read deeper it was a push from inside the ATF. I dont think Trump was fully aware of it, like so many other things they snuck around him to keep him deflected and distracted.

I heard the Pistol brace ban was vacated yesterday also.

So….what happens to all the people that destroyed or turned in their bump stocks?
Will the ATF reimburse them??
Probably need another lawsuit for that to happen!

Just so ya'll can be informed. Here is Mr. Cargill the guy who launched the bump stock lawsuit against Attorney General Merrick Garland (not Trump).

What do you NOT notice about Mr.Cargill? https://x.com/michaeldcargill/status/1801624855906779278

Do you know anybody who even knows anybody that did? I read not long ago compliance was less than 1%. Not sure about that even being a true fact though.

There was a large financial effect across the retail sector. I do not know if it was large enough for any one company to bother pursuing the business loss from it.

I sold the 2 I had and lost money on the deal. Figured if the charges were the same I'd be better off going the non conspicuous route.

Never owned a bump stock or ever wanted one.

But the ATF ban was complete BS and SCOTUS has corrected this.

Does anyone know what the status of FRT is?
Does this have any bearing on it?
Still in court?

I’m not a lawyer but this could help the frt issue, in my opinion. They can’t change definitions and the wording of one shot per trigger pull definition was referenced.

After watching you tube vids of dudes taking any semi auto rifle and using rubber bands or belt loop or just plain finger placement and pressure on trigger and pull on forearm to make em go full auto fire mode... I didn't really see where a bump stock was ever a problem other than it being easier to operate full auto ...it is good news though,.,,

What we need is a govt that dont feel the necessity of restricting the rights our constitution plainly says "shall not be infringed". Guns are not the roblem. An accessory for a gun sure isnt the problem. Our problem is a govt that sows seeds of hate, fuels a fire of racism and even creates agencies whos job is to murder and cause chaos. We have a very bad problem in this country but guns just isnt it.

Guns aren't the problem politicians are. For all the full auto fear the political class has they should be quite concerned about one .308 168 grain Sierra boattail hollowpoint.
