Everybody knows you cook your hot dogs well before your burgers b/c they take longer and you definitely cheese them burgers up immediately when you throw on the grill. You also let the burgers sit out on the counter for a good 24 hours before you are putting them on the grill to have that nice pale color. Good to see a woman manning a grill like that. If you leave the burgers out for 24 hours before then how do you put them on the grill frozen? Is that safe?  Just use the recalled beef the government inspected for safety and you'll be alright
