Recently had a new terrova with universal sonar installed on my boat. Paired the ducer to a helix 5 that was working perfectly before. Now it freezes and will not shut down. It just says shutting down and stays there. The imaging from the universal sonar is terrible as well. Could this be a faulty built in transducer?
