My wife is having some health issues and wants to try the "Mediterranean Diet". So I made some fresh fish tacos tonight. Mango salsa with jalapeños, red onion, cilantro and honey from my father in laws hunting camp. Made some homemade guacamole in the molcajete (the only way to make authentic guac in my book) and whole wheat tortillas. Beeliner fillets pan fried in olive oil with a little Redfish Magic sprinkled on top. Wasn't too bad at all!

You can do it with deep fried fish too TDog. I prefer pan fried with no breading but it's good either way. Ya got to pick t the mango salsa on em though. That's where it's at. That honey covered mango mixed with those diced jalapeños is great!
