Ironically, I planted some in 2000 during the drought. A great majority of them lived thankfully. I saw one dying the other day, but some of mine are too close anyway. I have tons of seedlings if anybody needs any btw (this winter).

Also, they’re an extremely short lived tree, and I’ve seen a lot of them die in the 20s and 30s on age. I’m thinking this might be the case, unfortunately
