Know a guy and he was a decent overall guy - took me fishing when i was young - but he got pissed at a trucker - pulled over trucker - went to guys window cussing and threatening and trucker hit him over head w tire tool and drove off and guy was never same again. He was screwed up!! When i heard about it - was baffled by the stupidity

Also, if you are the one in the vehicle, you don't know who it is that's approaching you. I'm not taking any chances. I've got family I want to get home to. Looked to me like the guy who got shot had also pulled in front of the driver of the truck to block him in so he could confront him with a gun. He was asking to get shot.
