It was struck down but not retroactively.
So any case decided using Chevron will have to be re-litigated to get a new decicison.
The FRT trigger case is still going through the courts last I heard and should - well, hopefully will - be decided favorably for the pro 2A side given the latest developments.
There are two types of gun enthusiasts ... Those who have been F#CKED by PTG and those who will be!
