Includes a mobile home with front and rear covered porches the length of the trailer. Camp is a couple of miles to the closest tract. Approximately 2 miles east of Coffeeville. $6000. Does not include turkey. Whatley Tract 240 acres between Grove Hill and Whatley, north of Hwy 84 adjacent to Kansas Rd. Borders James Creek and there is an old gravel pit on the property. Mixed pine/hardwood timber. Has a 2 BR 1 Bath camp a couple of miles up CR 22, you could easily ride a SXS to the property. $7000. No turkey. I can share OnX maps of the property and camps. "Cull" is just another four letter word...
