Coffeeville Tract
300 acres in two parcels, both are south of Hwy 84 but one is west of Satilpa Creek the other is east of the creek and a couple of miles down CR3. Includes a mobile home with front and rear covered porches the length of the trailer. Camp is a couple of miles to the closest tract. Approximately 2 miles east of Coffeeville. $6000. Does not include turkey.
Whatley Tract
240 acres between Grove Hill and Whatley, north of Hwy 84 adjacent to Kansas Rd. Borders James Creek and there is an old gravel pit on the property. Mixed pine/hardwood timber. Has a 2 BR 1 Bath camp a couple of miles up CR 22, you could easily ride a SXS to the property. $7000. No turkey.

Be nice to have my old property back, but the Gordon's bought it (plus a butt load more) and wouldn't let me lease it, we'll the Sister wouldn't 😏
