I do believe those that catch them for resale to bait stores have severely depleted the stock. Hopefully, on Sept 1st, that will be outlawed for skipjack caught on the Tennessee River. Caleb had fun catching bluegill for bait. He also enjoyed reeling in these three blues. Couldn't wait to slime his shorts because his Mom told him not too. We had one excellent take down. The first time I have seen the tip on one of my MadKatz rods actually go underwater. Sadly, the hookset failed. Here are the three Caleb caught.
