I would like to think Trump wins the election which I would assume would hurt TESLA as I would hope the government would stop giving away tax dollars to push the purchase of EVs.
Had this exact discussion with my brother last week (retired engineer). He follows Musk pretty closely and is involved in the AI sector to some extent. I talked about downsizing my Tesla stock position and he says Tesla has less value as an EV company than it does as an AI company. Also as his involvement in spacex being partially funded with Tesla. He feels there is a large upside still with Tesla. $.02

Nuscale has been a fast mover YTD.
I like Fluor , they own 60% of Nuscale along with a bunch of other stuff. Fluor builds Nuscale reactors. Fluor has been a steady mover since March 2020. FYI, Trump is all in on mini nukes.
If you wanta a good dividend , Huntington Bank (HBAN) Up 24% in last year and is paying 4+ % dividend . It's a strong Mid West regional bank.
Sherwin Williams is really moving too.
Progressive Insurance is a steady mover , has been for years.

Its the retired folks stock. I got some that has been in my ROTH holdings for a long time on DRIP. It just keeps piling up, the share value is not a big mover but the monthly dividend compounds for more shares at a fast rate. Whenever I retire, I'll take it off DRIP and collect a monthly check.

CRWD is an interesting play with it losing $100 since the outage debacle. I expect lawsuits over loss of billions from users though. Trying to decide if it’s worth the risk. Interesting that TSLA lost 10% so far this morning… OP on his game. Elon is walking the halls of congress today. Camera's and press all over him. He's doing something in DC today, but with him its impossible to guess what he is working on. Space ships, brain control, electric cars, Trump politics, censorship, Israel- BiBi is in town, etc... you never know with Elon

Tesla is down about $30/share since I sold it. I have not bought anything yet and hope to look into some of the suggestions here this week. But if Tesla get down to 150-160 I will buy it right back.
