But did you actually try and register it ? I just registered it with no issues. I already had an account setup so just logged in and used the registration link.

make sure y'all let this thing completely charge before trying to use it.
I'm seeing reports that it only stays on after 7+hrs of charging. Also, there is a refresh that takes place that will improve the image quality

I will have to see when it is fully charged if it needs a software update.

Definitely not. Had a friend that had his delivered saturday. He was ready to go scorched earth.....would power up then go off after about 10-15 min.....then he FULLY charged it. All is good. He's not the only one that reported the same thing.

The instructions are pretty clear if people would read them. It says to fully charge before first use. Well that goes against the rules 😝 I hate I missed out I guess Will that unit mount in front of a regular scope and work properly. I’m reading up and still not sure of everything night vision or whatever

Well, after looking through this flir, im really happy with my rattler. If this flir is worth $4k, i did real good on my rattler. With FLIR you are also paying for the customer support and name.

Im not unhappy with the flir. Its great. But i gave $1070 for my Rattler v2 and its not far behind the flir FLIR hasn't been exactly keeping up the last few years in this market segment. For $500 is still a great capability at an amazing price point.
