Is there any 7mm STW ammo for sale anywhere online or store nowadays? I have been looking for at least the last couple of Years and have not found much of anything available. I have 2 full boxes and part of 1 box left- Nosler and then no more. It seems the ammo manufacturers have pretty much quit producing it now since the PRC calibers have rose to prominence. I don’t reload so that is not an option for me.

Try exile armory in weaver Alabama, they might have some or shotgun sports in Saks/ Anniston I checked on their websites and did not notice any available. I live down In SW part of state so a little to far to drive.

There's some on gunbroker. You can tell it is rare as hens teeth now with what folks are trying to get for it now. I have the Nosler Custom 7mm STW 140 grain Partions and I seen some on gunbroker with a starting bid of $120. I think when I bought mine several years back it was around $60 or so a box or in that price range. I don’t want to sell the gun since it holds sentimental value for me but in the future it may be useless if they stop making ammunition for it. I would hope some manufacturers will keep making it but it is looking like it will be extremely hard to find no matter what.

id get with some body that reloaded and buy all the stuff he needed to reload me some . 4 boxes of shells gonna be bumping $500 for white tail stuff .
my BIL had bad luck with the heavier ammo that cost less ., just didnt expand at 100 ,,, 150 or so yards

There's a fair amount listed on ammoseek through various vendors, but it ain't cheap! Damn . I knew it was high but damn . Those prices are up a $100 from last year when I looked for my nephew.

I am glad I don’t shoot my 7mm STW much at all anymore. I would just like to know there is ammo available to buy when and if I do need some. With the prices I see and the lack of availability, mine will likely hardly ever get shot anymore.

Years back you could find all the 8 mm brass you wanted at gun shows and resize it.
Grandma said...Always keep a gun close at hand, you just never know when you might run across some varmint that needs killing...
