$10 a bag at the grocery store, but it’s real deer corn. The last bags I bought were for deer turkey and pigs. Wasn't worth a flip.

Anyone within an hr of Bham have a better price than $300 a ton ($7.50/50lb bag)? I'd consider bulk if it's significantly less. (Current commodity price is a little less than $150 / ton). $200 a ton bulk. 30 miles south of montgomery.

$3.84 a bushel today . Very low yield this year in many areas due to drought too. Rough year to be in farming .

Yup One big farmer I know and they’re in the top echelon hit 100 average across 4200 acres. About 1/3 is wet fields. We will start shelling in a minty and no doubt we hit 70 Still a lot of last year corn in the bins.

$3.84 a bushel today . Very low yield this year in many areas due to drought too. Rough year to be in farming . We had the best year ever for corn yield here in MO. Doubt if we ever have another year like this one. We put up right at 234,000 bushel off 935 acres, which averaged out to 250 bushel acre.

Good yield , shame it's so cheap or y'all would have hit a big lick. Some of our guys think they are gonna be down around 125 per acre around here this year. Was bad dry when it was "makin'. In contrast, the biggest farmer in our area told me they averaged 208 last year.

Yeah, most of the guys around the southeast part of the state did good too. With the dry weather in August it seems like the earliest I've ever seen all the harvest finished. Most of the beans that weren't double cropped are already out.

That’s as cheap as you’re going to find around here unless you’re going straight to the farmer. Not many will sell that way though too much hassle for them.

There’s a new place on 79 just out of Scottsboro called Lake and Land that has fertilizer, seed, bulk corn or bagged. Good prices on everything.

There’s a new place on 79 just out of Scottsboro called Lake and Land that has fertilizer, seed, bulk corn or bagged. Good prices on everything. They're in Bobby Bouy's old marina, been meaning to stop in there and check them out. I reckon they’re a fencing company owned by a biologist. They have the AWF wheat etc.

At our co-op you only save about $10 getting it in a drum. Much rather handle 50# bags than a 350# drum. I just use a 5 gal bucket with our drum. Not as easy as a sack but still pretty easy

$5.50 a bushel from a farmer in Eufaula. In super sacks. That works out to $4.91 per 50lbs or about $197 a ton.
